1. Information We Collect
We only collect information you choose to give us:
- Contact form (/contact) — your name, email address, subject, and message, plus which department you're writing to.
- Newsletter signup — your email address and, optionally, your name.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not run our own tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this site. (A Google Analytics identifier is reserved in our configuration for future use but is not currently active on any page.)
2. Third-Party Services
To operate the site, the information above is shared with:
- Resend — delivers your contact-form message to the right department inbox, and stores your email (and name, if given) in our newsletter list if you subscribe.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — runs a spam/bot check on our forms before they submit. Cloudflare may process technical signals (such as your browser and network information) as part of that check, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
- Sanity — hosts the news articles, images, and other editorial content you read on this site; it does not receive your contact-form or newsletter data.
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and its server functions.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use contact-form submissions to respond to your inquiry and route it to the relevant department. We use newsletter subscriptions to send you the content you signed up for. We do not sell your information to third parties.
4. Data Retention
Contact-form messages are kept as long as needed to respond to you and for our internal records. Newsletter subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
5. Your Choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, by emailing privacy@rescuemultimedia.com.
6. Children's Privacy
This site is a general news and broadcasting platform and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
